Environmental Law and Policy
Over the last fifteen years, China has accelerated efforts to strengthen environmental laws, improve its enforcement system, and develop avenues of public participation in environmental protection. With a long history of legal advocacy in the U.S., NRDC advises and collaborates with key Chinese government partners on drafting major environmental laws and regulations for China.
