With the goal of reducing coal consumption and carbon emissions, this study analyzes Jiangsu’s key industry sectors and their coal consumption and carbon emissions, and characterizes several key industrial parks in Jiangsu suitable for coal and carbon reduction efforts. Based on the progress and challenges faced by Jiangsu industrial parks in green and low-carbon development, as well as the experiences of surveyed industrial parks and case studies, the report proposes a green, low-carbon development pathway and policy recommendations for Jiangsu’s industrial parks.
