On October 19th, 2011, The Ecological Damage Assessment and Legal Mechanism Workshop was jointly held by All China Federation and NRDC. Around 100 participants including public officials, academic experts, lawyers and NGOs joined this workshop to discuss the cross-sector collaboration on environmental protection, environmental impact assessment and environmental law enforcement. Peter Lehner, Executive Director of NRDC also presented as the guest speaker to share U.S environmental litigation case studies at the workshop.
