May 1st 2009 marks the one year anniversary of the implementation of China's Regulation on Environmental Information Disclosure. What were the effects of this new law? What current problems are we facing? What are the causes and effective solutions to these problems? Together, NRDC, Sohu Green, and China Dialogue, hosted a workshop that focused on China's Regulation on Environmental Information Disclosure. Our groups invited experts engaged with relevant legislation to speak at the workshop. The speakers included Professor.
